Article from the Advertiser 30th June 2004. The North Adelaide Football Club is selling its gaming facility at Sefton Park for more than $2 million. The Roosters have been forced to relocate gaming operations from 255 Main North Road and are in the process of moving to a new venue. The former Sizzler and Bells Restaurant property is occupied by the Roosters as a cafe/bar and gaming venue and an ANZ Bank. ANZ has another six years on its lease.
